Staff were friendly and helpful, room was spacious and elegant, and breakfast buffet had a lot of tasty options. The hotel is located in a quiet and green area, close to the lake yet aside from the noisy center. Can easily recommend this hotel.

Can't fault anything about it.

The hotel has a great location, being just a few minutes' walk away from two beautiful lakes. the rooms are spacious, but some are noisy due to outside construction work. the wellness area is a plus, and guests can book it for themselves. in some rooms, the facilities are outdated, and the breakfast quality is not consistent.

Sometimes the staff isn't accommodating, and their English ability is limited, making communication difficult.

We had a great time during our stay! The hotel is in a prime location close to the lake and situated in a calm area. The staff was very kind and welcoming upon our arrival, and the room was clean and had a comfortable bed. We especially liked the fact that each room had its own designated parking space, making it very convenient for us to come and go as we pleased.

We did have one issue during our stay. The noise in the morning from workers cutting stones was extremely annoying and interrupted our sleep.

The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the city center, beautiful lakes, and other tourist attractions. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the clean and spacious rooms were a delight. the hotel offered free parking and a relaxing atmosphere.

The restaurant was disappointing, serving mediocre food with limited options. the spa facilities were also basic, and required reservations which made it difficult to access.
